Place the items securely in their original PALMONAS packaging, including all certificates and promotional inserts, to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
